However, we also recognise that doing the right thing can mean different things to different people, so we have documented a brief set of statements, or policies, which should help to clarify our position on issues that we feel are important. In effect, these are statements of the values that we as an organisation hold dearly. They serve as an important point of reference for our customers, employees, service providers and partners, in fact all of our stakeholders so that everyone we touch knows what to expect, as well as what not to expect from us.
